Southbend HDG-48 Griddle has a 30,000 BTU, U-shaped burner every 12 inches for a total of 4 burners. Featuring independent, Insta-on thermostatic controls with uniform temperature range of 200F to 400F, battery spark ignition and flame failure safety device. Constructed with a 48 inch wide by 24 inch deep cooking surface, 1 inch thick polished steel plate, stainless steel front, sides, and grease drawer with 4 inch adjustable legs, 120,000 total BTU. A 3/4 rear gas connection is standard. CSA, NSF This model is manufactured for commercial installation and is not intended or approved for home use. This unit is supplied to operate on natural gas.
