Made of 18 gauge polished stainless steel, this pastry ring can be used to form mousse, egg, pancakes or even as a food presentation or stacking ring. Each hand welded ring can bake individual desserts, cakes and pastries in the oven up to 550 degrees. This pastry ring is also freezer safe making it great for layering and ice cream molds.
