COVID-19 UPDATE: A message from our GM

The team at Chefs’ Toys wants you to know we’re most definitely in this together. As always, we’re here for you when you need us!

As we imagine many of you are, we’ve been busy over recent weeks taking care of our team, doing everything we can to pull together food drives and other resources to support each other during unprecedented times.

The safety of both our employees and our customers is of paramount importance to us, and as such we’ve been undertaking meticulous planning for how best to safely and efficiently serve our customers.

Chefs’ Toys has been gradually offering curbside pickup at select stores, and we are now beginning to open locations for in-store shopping. We appreciate your patience as we exercise an abundance of caution in doing so.

Our stores won’t re-open all at once, but rather we are implementing a phased plan to return to full-scale operations. As part of that plan, here are some of the key elements you can expect when shopping with us:

  • Following CDC guidelines, we will be requiring face coverings in stores, for both employees and patrons at all times. We feel it’s essential for health & safety, and simply the right thing to do.
  • We’re taking steps to provide for social distancing in our stores as you shop and at checkout.
  • We’ve increased cleaning and sanitization of high contact surfaces throughout our stores.
