The Taylor 8215N Bi-Therm Pocket Thermometer helps you measure frothed milk and hot beverage temperatures with accuracy! Just clip it to your frothing cup or pitcher and the anti-parallax design will show the same temperature when viewed from any angle. The 1-3/4 inch diameter dial with red pointer also help for easier readings.
The thermometer features a 3 point calibration and recalibration nut under the dial that assures an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees, and can measure up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit or 100 degrees Celsius. Its superior shock protection, watertight lens and stainless steel construction mean that this thermometer is both functional and durable enough to stand up to heavy use.
