Duke's DPAH-4-HF EconoMate Portable Buffet Unit is a portable serving unit with 4 hot food wells and a closed base for storage. Its modular design gives you the option to operate as a stand alone kiosk or alongside multiple units as a traditional serving line. Each well measures 12 by 20 by 8 inches deep and fits full size or fractional size pans. Operation is easy with 4 independently operated, infinite switch controls. Insulation on sides, ends and bottom of each well helps prevent heat transfer. Body is constructed of heavy gauge paint grip steel with a heavy gauge, 300 series stainless steel top.
