The Cadco OV-013 Countertop Half Size Convection Oven provided small foot print and large production from coffee shops to caterers, inddors or out. It features extra large motor and high temperature bearings, for long lasting use. Manual controls for timer and heat settings. Heat settings from 175-500 deg F. 60 minute timer or continuous on. Buzzer goes off at end of cycle. No Humidity. Heavy duty stainless steel construction. Heavy duty door and hinge construction with a "cool-touch" double wall glass door safety design. Energy efficient with high "R" value insulation. 3 half size sheet pan capacity.
