Iwatani CB-TC-PRO2 Butane Torch Burner features an adjustable flame shape controller, super high heat up to 2700F, anti-flare, push-n-twist fuel attachment and a piezo electric ignition. The flame shape adjustment knob adapts to various cooking applications. When rotated to the right (clockwise), a concentrated and pointed flame is produced while rotating the knob to the left (counterclockwise) , produces a gentler and more spread out flame.
