Adcraft's countertop warmer is constructed with a heavy duty stainless steel exterior and has a stainless steel interior liner made out of 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel. Designed with a steel element support that stabilizes the heating elements that give off an even heat distribution with no hot spots. These units maintain food temperatures and come with an adjustable thermostat knob that is easy to clean. This model has a 6-1/2-inch deep well and features a 5-foot three prong grounded cord. Designed to hold four 1/3 size food pans up to 4 inches deep. This item maintains food temperature in excess of 140F degrees. 120V, 1500W, 12.5 Amps, 5 foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug. NSF and UL. 18 month warranty.
