The Cambro 10HPCH150 H-Pan High Heat Food Pan Lid with Handle is designed to support HACCP guidelines and offer operators a variety of options to help preserve product freshness, flavor and quality from the point of storage, holding and serving. High heat lids are ideal for use in microwaves, steam tables, ovens and hot holding units. Use lid to cover food pan contents and reduce risk of cross contamination. Withstands temperatures from -40°F to 375°F (-40°C to 190°C). Measures at 20-7/8 inches long by 12-3/4 inches wide and fits full size food pans.
