The Blodgett Zephaire 100-G-ES Convection Ovens include all of the signature features that make Blodgett convection ovens reliable for years of rigorous use in the kitchen. Its standard depth baking compartments have a porcelainized / stainless steel liner. Each compartment accepts (5) 18 inch x 26 inch standard full-size baking pans in left-to-right positions.
This oven is constructed with stainless steel front, top and sides. Its doors are made of dual pane thermal glass windows and a powder-coated handle. The gas heated unit, with electronic spark ignition, cooks by means of a direct fired system with a gas shutoff switch on the front of the control panel. The air in the baking chambers are distributed by a single inlet blower wheel powered by a 2-speed, 3/4 HP motor with thermal overload protection. Each chamber features (2) lamps and (5) chrome-plated removable racks. The control panel has a Cook / Cool Down mode selector, solid state (manual) infinite thermostat (200°F- 500°F), and a 60-minute timer.
