The Cambro 35CLRHP150 Amber H-Pan High Heat Colander Food Pan ensures that food retains its flavor, texture and consistency during the steaming, reheating or hot holding process by allowing condensation and dripping to drain away. This convenient set-up allows an operator to heat, drain and hold / serve all in one pan. The colander simply lifts out of the food pan, allowing quick removal of any liquids or grease. High Heat Colander Pans are ideal for hot, steamed, battered and crisp foods. Withstands temperatures from -40° to 375°F (-40° to 190°C), making them ideal for use in steam tables, microwave ovens and other holding units. This 1/3 size food pan measures at 5 inches deep.
