Tenderize the toughest cut of meat with ease. The Hobart 403-1 Electric Meat Tenderizer features a 1/2 Hp motor, direct gear drive, burnished aluminum housing, stainless steel lift out knives and comb, translucent guard for working area and a 6" power cord. Contains interlocks supplied with Knit-Knife stainless steel blades that cut meat, and at the same time, knit it so firmly together that it will cook as one solid steak.
