The Adcraft DF-6L Electric Countertop Single Pot Fryer can cook up to 15 pounds of food per hour. The tank has a 6 liter capacity, graduation markings for proper oil level, and drop handles for easy removal for cleaning. A temperature control switch allows you to adjust from 120°F-375°F with an overheat sensor that cuts off the power if the oil reaches 465°F. This fryer comes standard with a nickel plated wire mesh basket that has a collapsible heat proof handle, a nickel plated wire mesh grate to protect the heating coils and a stainless steel cover. This unit requires a dedicated 15 amp circuit, 120V, 1750W, 14.5 Amps, 6 foot power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug, NSF, UL. This product measures at 16 inches tall by 11.25 inches long by 11.75 inches wide.
